Waiver and Release of Liability

Island Fanatics 3D LLC offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors. Island Fanatics 3D LLC does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the third party vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Island Fanatics 3D LLC is not liable for inclement weather, missed flights, flight cancellations and/or delays, event cancellations, or other situations beyond the company’s control. Furthermore, Island Fanatics 3D LLC shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, defect, omission, or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements or otherwise in connection therewith.
